Alice Kettle — Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
Alice brings valuable experience in business development, commercial real estate relationships, and property management connections throughout North Texas. She understands how HOAs, commercial properties, and community partners evaluate service providers—professionalism, responsiveness, and trust.
As a certified Master Gardener with a passion for land stewardship and environmental responsibility, Alice helps connect science, property value, and long-term environmental health. She leads business development and client partnerships for Overland Water & Soil Sciences.
Gary Merchant —Field Operations & Environmental Assessment
Gary brings more than 35 years of leadership experience in healthcare administration, operations management, and field-based problem solving. As a former CEO and Director of Operations in hospice and home health, his work depended on accurate assessment, strong documentation, regulatory accountability, and clear decision-making—where details mattered and mistakes carried real consequences.
After retiring from healthcare leadership, Gary spent several years in education as a junior high science teacher, combining practical science with a lifelong passion for environmental observation and the outdoors.
At Overland Water & Soil Sciences, Gary leads field operations, environmental testing, site assessment, and client reporting. His focus is simple: clear answers, honest reporting, and practical solutions property owners can trust.
